Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Terms & Conditions” or “Terms of Use”) carefully before using www.firstclickstudio.com or any associated software, applications (including mobile applications) (“Service” or “Platform”) operated by “First Click Studio” (“Our” or “Us” or “We” or “First Click Studio” or “A to Z Services” the “Company”).

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. It’s a paid activity and registration can be easily done on your mobile as well.
  2. Make sure you only register your kid on our official website.
  3. Do not do any transaction on any personal account, we will be not responsible for any such transaction.
  4. After the registration, kid will be getting compulsory shoot within 90 days that is within 3months.
  5. Clothes & makeup will be from our side only for the shoot, after the shoot clothes has to be returned back.
  6. One the First Photoshoot is completed According to policy the refund won’t be initiated.
  7. No travelling allowance will be provided from our side for the shoot only studio, photographer, makeup, styling & clothes will be from our side.
  8. Only parents (2 parents) are allowed at the time of shoot.
  9. After the shoot only soft copy will be provided to every kids on mail.

Locations - Shoot will be in 11 metro cities that is MUMBAI, DELHI, PUNE, CHENNAI, KOLKATA, BANGALORE, AHMEDABAD, LUCKNOW, CHANDIGARH, INDORE & HYDERABAD.

Eligibility - Age limit will be 0 - 6 Months to 15 years.


METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND? Our refund policies are simple. To claim a refund: Send us an email at info@firstclickstudio.com If for any reason, our back-office staff confirm a refund, then the refund will be made accordingly.

Please provide valid reason for Re-Fund.

Refund process.


1. To request a refund, customers need to send an email to info@firstclickstudio.com

2. The request will be reviewed by the back-office staff.

3. If the back-office staff confirms the refund, it will be processed accordingly.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY In case of any booking/order made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and www.firstclickstudio.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases

Billing and Payments.

  1. All payments in respect of the Products shall be made to Minicloset through the Platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to Minicloset Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that Minicloset may use certain third-party vendors and service providers, including payment gateways, to process payments and manage payment card information.
  2. Minicloset reserves the rights to revise the shipping charges from time to time at its sole discretion without any requirement to notify you of the same. The shipping charge may or may not be discounted or removed on account of any voucher, discount or any promotional scheme. You will be shown the applicable fee before checking out and finishing your order placement.
  3. Registration fee will be Rs.9000 plus 18% Gst.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the use of the Services. The failure of Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. This agreement and your account may not be assigned by you without our express written consent. Company may assign any or all of its rights and obligations to others at any time. Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by any cause beyond Company’s reasonable control. If any provision or part of a provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from this agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and Company as a result of this agreement or use of the Platform and Services. Upon Company’s request, you will furnish the Company any documentation, substantiation or releases necessary to verify your compliance with this agreement. You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of this agreement and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute this agreement.

Feedback

If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications or improvements to the Service (“Feedback”), then you grant Company an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free right to exploit the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose, including to improve the Service and create other products and services.
